Development Methodology

What works, is the best methodology. There is no silver bullet.

We are flexible and adaptable in our approach. Over the past years, we have worked with UML, Extreme Programming and various home grown hybrids of everything that works.

For web systems, we prefer to use a mockup / rapid prototyping approach. We have a special mockup team whose job is 'to get the spec out' at the speed of light. So with us, rapid prototyping is really rapid. This is specially suitable for projects that need to be delivered super fast.
