The concept of a dashboard is not new. Think about your drive to work this morning. Did you look at the dashboard on the car ? How many times did you see it ? Did you make speed adjustments ? Did you stop for a fill up ?

You we making speed adjustments, staying within limits [and sometimes outside.] Making sure gas is not too low and temperature is not too high. Now that you think about it, you were constantly monitoring the console. It was subconscious.

Just hold that thought for a minute.

What if we gave you a dashboard for your production. It would be natural and intuitive. You wouldn't consciously remember looking at it. But you will always have it in front of you.

Implementation process...

Every dashboard is consistent in concept but unique in implementation. So the actual implementation varies from customer to customer.

Here is a sample process of how we implement dashboards:

1. First we look at your raw data sources. All input output areas are identified.
2. We sit with you and identify the metrics for the dashboard. This could be things like: Waste , Make Ready time, Press start and stop., etc.
3. If you are having consistent quality or control issues, we analyze the information at this time.
4. Create a mockup dashboard with your team.
5. Develop the dash board and implement it on your intranet. If you want, we can also host it for you.
6. Connect the dashboard with the data sources.
7. System is online.

What exactly do we offer

The dashboard system has three components:

• Shrink wrapped code.
• Customer specific code.
• Integration modules.

The shrink wrapped code is where we have incorporate all the features for data processing and graphical display. This includes special purpose modules for SPC / 6Sigma.

The customer specific code is a lightweight development that we will do for your dashboard. This involves customizing our own components and developing a user interface for your own intranet.

Integration modules are pieces of software which will let us glue the dashboard to different data sources (like press equipment and other servers.)

 

How do we sell dashboards

The pricing model is designed to let you have immediate access and relieve you of budgetary constraints.

We charge for initial customization on a fixed fee basis.

The developed system is yours, for a small monthly fee. The fee includes support, maintenance, and hosting.
